Lunchbox Inspiration for Little Sprouts

Lunchbox Inspiration for Little Sprouts

Top Row, left to right: freeze dried raspberries and freeze dried banana, asparagus with Parmesan cheese, garlic naan bread, cheese ravioli with ground turkey and basil

Silicone Mini Muffin Cups

Silicone can withstand high heat and freezing, is flexible, is dishwasher safe, and does not leech chemicals or stain like other plastics. Silicone mini muffin cups fit perfectly into stainless or glass locking-lid sandwich containers. Because they are flexible and nest within one another they are easy to store and don’t take up much room. They cost about fifty cents apiece, and are multi-use. I have used mine to make mini muffins and mini quiche.
